Welcome

Hi, I'm Aaron. I'm a software developer at Wireless Generation, writing algorithms that analyze students' abilities and deficits to suggest small group instruction. I like mammals of all kinds, tinkering with "labor saving devices" that don't, and clambering outdoors.

What you came for

You might want to read more about my research interests, or perhaps you're looking for some of my Mac OS X software, like Letterbox, the widescreen plugin for Mail.app.

There is also the remote possibility you want to read my blog musings, or my travel notes.

Letterbox beta 6 for Snow Leopard

March 10th, 2010 by aaronharnly

A long-delayed updated to Letterbox. This release fixes two minor but annoying bugs (forgetting pane widths between launches of Mail, and Letterbox sometimes failing to load), and brings the return of the friendly installer.

Please post below your experiences with this release — I haven’t banged on this as much as I would have liked. The installer especially may not do the right thing under every possible circumstance, so keep me informed.
