Host switch: This is the new server

The server has changed from hosting with Dreamhost to Mediatemple; you shouldn’t notice any changes, but things might be a little bit gimpy as the nameserver changes propagate.

(This is the new server.)

P.S., Yes, Letterbox for Leopard is still en route…
