I found the creation of XCode Project Templates a frustrating experience – it's a long, manual process to generate the template from an original project. Then, if I want to make some improvements (say, to the Mail Plugin Template), I have to do the whole thing over again. So, I put together XCode Template Maker -- a script that generates project templates directly from projects.
